General Terms and Definitions

This document forms a legal agreement between the 365 aec platform and its users. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, betting features and other activities on the site. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The 365 aec website, mobile app and all services within it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created a registered account on 365 aec and uses its services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on 365 aec, you must be at least 21 years of age. No person under this age may register or use the platform. Each user is required to provide accurate age information at the time of registration. In cases of doubt, 365 aec may request documents to verify age.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, the same device or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, 365 aec reserves the right to cancel all associated accounts.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email and payment details — must be completely true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or cancellation, and any bonuses received may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure service, 365 aec may at any time request identity documents, a national ID card or other documentation. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification is not completed.

Account Management and Security

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

Your username and password are entirely personal. This information must not be shared with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 365 aec support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling or lending your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the personal use of the registered individual only.

3.3 Password Recovery

If you forget your password, your account can be recovered by verifying an OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email. If you encounter any problems with this process, contact customer support directly.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

365 aec currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a request is successfully processed, funds are generally paid out within 1 hour.

4.3 Transactions from Your Own Account

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a mobile banking or bank account registered in the user's own name. Transactions through third parties are prohibited, and suspicious transactions may be cancelled after investigation.

4.4 Transaction Records

Records of all successful transactions are stored in the account history section. If you notice any discrepancy in a transaction, contact the support team with a screenshot or reference number as proof.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

365 aec offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw funds from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning for a ৳1,500 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.2 Other Promotions

Various promotions are regularly available on the platform, such as weekly reload bonuses and seasonal offers. Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements. Before claiming any bonus, please read the specific terms of that promotion carefully.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Using multiple accounts, placing artificial bets or applying coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, 365 aec has the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform announces an exception for a specific reason. 365 aec reserves the right to cancel bets that were incorrectly accepted due to a system error.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a lost internet connection or device problem, the outcome will be determined according to the system log. In such cases, the decision of 365 aec is final.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

For bets placed on cricket, football or other sports events, if the scheduled start time changes, or the event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. Odds in live betting may change at any time.

6.4 RTP and Fairness

The RTP (Return to Player) rate of games available on 365 aec varies by game. For example, Fortune Tiger (PG Soft) has a maximum RTP of 96.81%, and Aviator (Spribe) has a maximum RTP of 97%. RTP is a long-term statistical rate only — it is not a guarantee of winnings.

Prohibited Activities and Abuse

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and a violation may result in immediate account closure:

• Providing fraudulent information or using forged documents.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to make unauthorised changes to the platform's systems or software.
• Coordinating with other users to exploit bonuses or system advantages.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other users or engaging in offensive behaviour.

365 aec reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, to notify the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Platform Decision

In the event of a breach of these terms, 365 aec may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Any bonus balance in an account closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure at the User's Own Request

A user may also request to close their account. In this case, any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed. A request for self-exclusion or a temporary break can also be made as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Re-registration

Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are generally not permitted to be reopened. Attempting to create a new account during a self-exclusion period is also prohibited.

Responsible Gaming and Limits

• No one under the age of 21 may use this platform.
• Users may set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.

Limitation of Liability

12.1 General Limitation of Liability

365 aec is not responsible for any losses caused by technical errors, internet outages, third-party software issues, or other circumstances beyond its control. The platform always strives to maintain the highest technical standards, but 100% uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

12.2 Acknowledgement of Gambling Risk

The user acknowledges that gambling carries the risk of financial loss, and that this risk is entirely the user's own. It is strongly advised not to risk more money than you can afford to lose.

12.3 Third-Party Content

Games from providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe are governed by their own terms and conditions. The specific rules for these games are stated within the respective game software.

Changes to Terms

365 aec reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified by email or through a platform notification.
